Meet the Team
A small, local team committed to running 45th Parallel well, supporting our tenants, and being easy to reach when you need us.
Nat Borchers Owner/Operator
Nat owns and operates the 45th Parallel Building along with a portfolio of commercial properties across the Willamette Valley. He's hands-on, relationship-focused, and committed to making this place work for the businesses inside it. When he's not working, he's at home with his wife and two kids.
Makayla Eberle Event Director
Makayla manages The Space and supports the community of businesses inside 45th Parallel. A Salem native, she's the person to talk to about events, weddings, and tenant gatherings. Outside of work, you'll find her on the water in summer, at pumpkin patches in fall, and by the fire with a book in winter.
Jamie Unger Operations Manager/Leasing
Jamie runs the day-to-day at 45th Parallel — leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. Born and raised in the Salem/Keizer area, she's been in real estate over 10 years and takes pride in working within a community she knows well. Outside of work, she's with her family and their dog.
Caleb Forcier Maintenance Manager
Caleb keeps the 45th Parallel Building running. From everyday repairs to coordinating larger projects, he's the person making sure tenants have a space that works the way it should. Caleb genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in showing up when he's needed. Outside of work, he's involved with 4-H, exploring new places when he can travel, and a regular at local farmer's markets.
